What is this?
I see these things everywhere in south Minneapolis, does anybody know what they are? I think it might be a centipede.This guy was about 3" long.

It might be a house centipede - did you find it indoors? They eat other insect pests (like silverfish and ants) and are not aggressive toward people. Still, I don't like meeting them in my house.

Thanks! I did see this in my house, I was afraid somebody was going to say that they are extremely poisonous and prey on humans.
Yeah, they are centipedes. We have them too. They scare the crap out of me, but they don't do anything.
Still, yikes!
